When you never met someone – but call them a Racist – is that just prejudice or bias?

Prejudice is wrong and easily understandable why it is wrong.

Cultural Bias is not against the law – but many are using their bias to limit others. Cultural Bias: “the tendency to interpret and judge phenomena in terms of the distinctive values, beliefs, and other characteristics of the society or community to which one belongs. This sometimes leads people to form opinions and make decisions about others in advance of any actual experience with them”

Prejudice: any preconceived attitude or view, whether favorable or unfavorable, a negative attitude toward another person or group formed in advance of any experience with that person or group.

Question: Is someone culturally biased – or prejudiced – when they say a person is racist – and they don’t personally know the individuals they are calling racist?
