Riots? – Insurrection? The media will call actions by people many names. And 2020 will show there are many unhappy people who are behaving as uncontrolled children.

Still – why would congress incite more hatred and violence? Why divide the populace with useless actions that are purely political and won’t mean a thing to 99% of the citizens (Those who voted or not!) I’m talking about the people who spend our tax money. People like Representative David Cicilline who for the past 10 years has represented the 1st Congressional District in Rhode Island. Cicilline in 2020 did not have a Republican opponent, and was elected with 158,550 votes. Now Cicilline wants to introduce impeachment charges against President Trump (Who only has 9 days left in office). He is doing this along with Ted Lieu (California’s 33rd District, 257,094 votes in 2020, and Jamie Raskin, Maryland’s 8th district, 274,716 votes in 2020)

Why? – Why spend so much time and money? Cicilline’s reasoning which is an opinion piece for the NY Timeshttps://www.nytimes.com/…/trump-article-of-impeachment…he says it is the only course of action to defend the republic? – What? – Trump is going away – Biden will be inaugurated on Jan 20th, 2020. People – please write about this stupidity and madness – Media tell our congress to stop the hatred and move on.

There were 74 million people who voted against the Democratic Party in 2020. This means the Democratic Party Politics are not a mandate by the people. And while everyone has the right to vote – not everyone pays Congressional Salaries and budgets. Stop wasting money and time.

Wouldn’t this time be better spent figuring out how to pay for unemployment, pay for all the new immigrants, pay for education, pay for health, pay for infrastructure, pay for the elderly etc. There are more needs in this Country than continuing to play “pin the tail” on Trump. Send letters, write online, let’s make congress do something right for a change.
