Hear Ye, Hear Ye – calls out the news media – “A mandate from the people!”

Really?

Let’s look into this just a bit. (Forget all about the recounts and legal issues – lets just assume the vote according to media is correct)
National numbers: Biden – 75,217,944 Trump – 70,813,933
A difference of: 4,404,011 votes! (very close indeed)

Yet if we consider the very liberal state of California –
Biden – 9,163,725
Trump – 4,741,191
Difference: 4,422,534

Now I’m not sure about this – but a “Mandate of the People” means everyone – not just one state.
If you exclude California – Trump had 18,523 more votes than Biden across the rest of the US.

Hmmm – Mandate – not really.
And – no one has bothered to evaluate the voters (not polls as we know they are all wrong!) – But really consider who voted.

A) There is a very large population in the US who is Career Employed and Business Owners.
B) There is a very large population in the US who may be struggling to achieve economic independence from the Government.

In your own gut feelings – which group, A or B, predominantly voted for Trump or Biden? (I said predominantly – not universally as there are many who have careers and own businesses – that just don’t like Trump. And there are many lower socio-economic folks who don’t want to be trapped into a socialistic government system)

And – this does not mean the US will rapidly change directions – but with a Democratic win – there will be an uptick in taxes, and socialized spending – including spending very large amounts on foreign countries.

Don’t be fooled folks – this is not a clear mandate – but it does show what the rest of the world is saying – The United States is very divided on what it wants to be – a country leaning towards socialism – or a country that prioritizes productive efforts for economic growth.

This is a Democracy – the majority will win – but will the whole country win over the next 4 years?

If you are on the side that benefits – good for you! If you are on the side that will pay more taxes and see your tax dollars go towards political programs instead of productive programs – you just need to work harder. (To help make up for those who don’t, can’t, or have limited abilities to produce on their own)

Remember – don’t hate, don’t stress – just work harder.
