It was a sad day when I read the headlines and the “Guardian” spewed out more trash talk on America.

The “Guardian” writer “Vivian Ho” wrote that Senator Dianne Feinstein was “Old School” and not what California wants. Going on to say the Senator is “Moderate Democrat” compared to the Progressive movements in California.

I’ve personally met with Senator Feinstein – and found her to be genuinely honest and caring for people in California and the United States. In addition – she does not represent the hatred which is brewing in California where those who have a voice (media, celebrities, politicians) use it to bash hatred upon others.

We can disagree with the views and beliefs of others – without calling them names and behaving with malice and hatred. This is the basis for Cultural Intelligence – which many in the Media lack!

The author uses the term – Progressive Democrat – but what she means is “Social” Democrat. The problem with Socialism in the United States – we are NOT a homogenous society – we have a mixture of all races, creeds, and lifestyles. Over 35 million people legally living in the United States – was not born in the US – they “became” citizens and part of the blend.

We do not all think alike – that is why we need representation – that is why we need State’s Rights – so a group from California who believes their way is the only way – are not allowed to tell everyone how to live their lives.

Give representation a chance – give others a chance – stop all the hatred in the media! Be culturally intelligent!
